Responsibilities:
Responsible for outbound calls using a provided lead list Build and manage a pipeline Must be able to do 50 100 dials per day Conduct a needs analysis and uncover areas where our product can assist their business Create a strong, consultative relationship with decision-makers and influencers Contact customers to establish needs and qualify for right-fit criteria Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas while maintaining appropriate KPIs Ideal
Qualifications:
6 months of call center experience preferred CRN/Salesforce experience preferred 1 year of sales experience preferred Ability to maintain broad knowledge of client products and services Internet navigation and applications skills Think quick and rebuttal objections Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences by executing with energy and excellence Ability to analyze, interpret and address client needs Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced team environment www.
