00pm Overview- Oversees the clubhouse facility during the hours set by the Board of Directors and provides excellent customer service to residents.
The Club Attendant also provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the Castle Group.
He or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills representative of Castle Royal Service as it relates to this function.
This includes working interdepartmentally, as well as, with our external customers.
Supports all resident activities and provides resident assistance, as needed.
Sets up and breaks down community activities; Walk and Tone, Water aerobics, Zumba, various card games, etc.
Update activities calendar at the direction of the Clubhouse Manager or Community Association Manager.
Conduct hourly rounds of the clubhouse and pool deck to monitor usage, cleanliness and any other items that should be reported to the Community Association Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing all tasks Follows-up on all complaints/issues notifying Community Association Manager as needed May assist with resident notifications or special requests as needed Requirement to attend scheduled activities/events as needed May be assigned other duties and responsibilities by the on-site Community Association Manager or Clubhouse Manager.
Education/Training/Certifications/Licenses:
Entry level position High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
One (1) to two (2) years of front desk or club house attendant experience preferred.
Strong customer service skills required.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Computer literacy:
Intermediate command of computer hardware/software is required.
Language requirements:
English is required.
Multiple language fluency is desirable.
Travel and availability requirements:
May be required to travel for training sessions off-site on an ad-hoc basis.
May be occasionally required to cover for front desk staff when needed.
Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on scheduling needs.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time.
Handle, grasp and lift objects and packages.
Reach with hands and arms.
Communicate, receive and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word.
Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions.
Complete all required forms.

Working Conditions:
The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
